" Duwili Ella" Waterfall

This waterfall is known as "Duwili Ella" . This is one of the most beautiful waterfalls in Sri lanka and it is located about 25kms from Balangoda. It is in the one of main rivers in Sri Lanka, "Walawe" river. It is 40-50 feet in height. This is called "Duwili Ella", becasuse when it is falling down, it emits water vapour like the dust. Dust is called "Duwili" in Sinhala, and for waterfall it is "Ella" in Sinhala. So it is called as "Duwili Ella".It is in forest. The above picture shows us the front view of that waterfall.
